How We Coordinate Maintenance

To keep scheduling and communication efficient, AspirePeak Properties coordinates maintenance through Property Meld.
Vendors we work with must be comfortable setting up and account to receiving work orders. Here is what to expect:

You’ll begin receiving work orders and updates by email from Property Meld from our team.

You will be able to schedule & communicate with tenants directly and/or propose different appointment times.

You will be able to see any troubleshooting notes & photos already uploaded for the issue.

You will be able to submit notes and photos of the completed work directly through the portal.

You will be able to submit invoices directly into our accounting system to be paid (no more berried invoices in emails). If you use QuickBooks, you can sync your account with Property Meld for even faster invoicing.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A VENDOR
To be considered for work with AspirePeak Properties, vendors must have:
* Valid WCB coverage (where applicable)
* Minimum $2 Million in Liability Insurance
* Knowledgeable & Certified in their respective field
* Ability to provide estimates for free
* Clear communication and reliable scheduling
* Friendly to Tenants, Condo Boards & Staff
* Proactive - Notify us of an issue before it's an issue (where applicable)
* Photo documentation for completed work
