Chris Hochheimer is our condominium broker and licensed property manager with over 8 years of industry experience. Specializing in condominiums, multifamily buildings, and investment properties, Chris plays a vital role as AspirePeak's Managing Director. He oversees portfolio growth and out-of-town properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery. In 2025, Chris successfully launched AspirePeak's Condominium Brokerage Division, which is now accepting board proposals and expanding our specialized services across Alberta.
