Additionally periodic inspections have been implemented across all our rentals. Around the midpoint, of the first year, a visual drop-in inspection will occur. Further periodic inspections will be completed on a as needed basis.

When renovations are needed to upgrade or add value to your investment, 3 detailed quotes will be procured to ensure the best price.

Monthly financials are standard in all our Property Management Agreements.
Our monthly accounting package allows for not only a income/expenses statement but a general ledger report, vacancy report & a service issue report that is combined to ensure you know exactly what is going on with your property at all times.
MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Keeping track of all the ins and outs that come along with tenants means having a property management software in place .
Our advanced property management software is a full blown system capable of tracking each tenant's information, history and notes (letters, notices, renewals) and payments each month. Along with tenant records, owner records and property records our system also provides for online portals where you can access this info at any time of day.

TENANT CREDIT REPORTING
Did you know that landlords are capable of reporting their tenant's rental payments to credit reporting agencies like Equifax? AspirePeak Properties has the capability to report all rental payments, whether that payment is on time or late.
On time payments reward tenants for good behavior by increasing their credit score, which in turn means rent is always paid on time.
