How do you screen tenants?
We start by pre-qualifying all applicants to ensure they meet our basic criteria before moving forward. Qualified applicants then undergo a rigorous screening process, including credit and background checks, employment and income verification, and reference calls to previous landlords. We ask each previous landlord 12 targeted questions to verify rental history, reliability, and overall suitability—ensuring only responsible, trustworthy tenants are approved for your property.
