Finding the perfect tenant is an essential part of ensuring that your investment property operates smoothly for years to come. Through our comprehensive technology driven screening process we can do much more than a simple credit check. This process helps establish long term, stable tenants.

It is extremely important to have the proper insurance for not just landlords but tenants as well. AspirePeak Properties Ltd. has partnered with BFL Canada to bring insurance programs that are specific to rental properties to both landlords and tenants. Contact us for details.

Our team will conduct a thorough walk through upon take over of the property of all common area's and provide a written report back on any issues found. Inspections for units will be conducted on move in and move out of a unit with photos, along with periodic inspections based on the needs of the property or unit.  

Our advanced property management software is a full blown system capable of tracking each tenant's information, history and notes (letters, notices, renewals) and payments each month. Along with tenant records, owner records and even property records our system also provides for online portals where you can access this info at any time of day.


On top of all the services already provided above, our team will also work with you to build a pro-active maintenance plan for your multi-unit property.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • An as-needed budget

  • A bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal schedule

  • Annually required maintenance

  • Planned renovations (unit or building)


Community is also important in multi-family properties, so we like to initiate social activities within the building. Community social activities foster good will and communication between residents.
