Schantel Hochheimer
Schantel has been in property management industry since 2013. After investing in her own rentals in 2018, she recognized the need for better communication, consistency, and time management in the industry. Drawing on her experience, she founded AspirePeak Properties, a licensed brokerage under the Real Estate Council of Alberta, to bridge the gap between landlords, tenants, and property managers with a hospitality-driven approach. Chris Hochheimer
Chris Hochheimer is our condominium broker and licensed property manager with over 8 years of industry experience. Specializing in condominiums, multifamily buildings, and investment properties, Chris plays a vital role as AspirePeak's Managing Director. He oversees portfolio growth and out-of-town properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery. In 2025, Chris successfully launched AspirePeak's Condominium Management Division, which is now accepting board proposals and expanding our specialized services across Alberta.

Michelle, brings over 18 years of banking experience and 15 years as a legal secretary specializing in residential and commercial real estate. Her extensive background ensures precise financial management and seamless accounting support, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
Property Administrator
Kienna Lissel
Kienna has joined our team in an administrative role supporting our property managers with all things tenant and landlord related, and steps in as our Maintenance Coordinator to keep things running smoothly. Creative by nature, Kienna is pursuing her passions for photography and architecture at the University of Calgary and has her sights set on earning her property management license. Originally from Medicine Hat, she's made Calgary her home since 2021 and spends her free time hunting down the city's best restaurants and exploring the mountains in Banff. With an eye for design and a knack for organization, she fits right in. We're so glad to have her!
