The broker of AspirePeak Properties Ltd. Schantel Hochheimer, has been in the property management industry since 2013. Over the years she realized that this was an industry with some challenges in communication, consistency and time management. After successfully advancing through each operational position within the residential property management industry, Schantel started investing in her own rental properties in 2018. This made her realized that she was uniquely qualified to tackle the above challenges. She knew that she could help not just her own rentals but her colleagues and the everyday landlord as well, through a investment and hospitality style of property management.
Using her prospective gained throughout the years, she set off to bridge the relationship gap between landlords, tenants, and property management professionals. Combining her past knowledge and present passion, AspirePeak Properties Ltd. formed as a licensed Brokerage with the Real Estate Council of Alberta to help change the future of Property Management.
Chris Hochheimer
Managing Director/Property Manager, Associate
Chris is a licensed property manager and condominium expert who has been in the property management industry for the last 7 years. In this time, he has been working with his own investment properties as well as his clients and board members on many different styles of Multifamily buildings.
Chris has joined the AspirePeak team as our managing director, who will be overseeing the continued growth of our current rental portfolio as well as servicing our out of town properties. In the new year, Chris will be working on opening the Condominium Brokerage Division of AspirePeak Properties, to start accepting Condominium Board Proposals in Fall of 2024.
Rachelle Danard
Property Administrator/Property Manager, Associate
Rachelle has joined the AspirePeak Properties Team as our Property Administrator. Rachelle comes with years of experience in the Property Management Industry including hands on experience in RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) & CREB (Calgary Real Estate Board). She is always cheerful and happy to jump into new crazy situations to help the team.
Rachelle has passed all her licensing exams and has become an official licensed Property Manager in Alberta. She is excited to grow her portfolio and is looking forward to the next step in her career.
