AspirePeak Properties has a team of 3rd party contractors that have undergone rigorous vetting and testing. What does this mean? It means that our vendor list gets reviewed each year based off that vendors performance, communication and price. We also ensure each company has a minimum of $2 Million Liability Insurance, WCB and GST setup. There is no fee to be one of our vendors and we are always open to suggestion from our owners as long as the top 3 items can be confirmed.
Our extensive list of vetted contractors help us ensure your maintenance item is taken care of in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. On top of the experience, education and overall good performance of our vendors for any issue, your property manager will keep in touch with the vendors throughout repairs and the tenants if there are any issues and will report back to you if approval is needed.
