#1 - How do I know if my property is rental ready?

Your property is rental ready once all repairs and maintenance has been completed on the property. When we talk about repairs, we mean ALL items in your property are working properly and there are no damages in the home. For maintenance, this is referring to all annual maintenance tasks you would normally complete on your home such as furnace and duct cleaning, gutters cleaned, hot water tank serviced etc.

#2 - How long does it take to find a tenant?

Just like selling your home this will range based on time of year and if your property is priced at market rent. However, with great photos, floorplans, virtual tours and our team of experienced property managers our average property rents within 30 - 60 days.


45 Days on Average is a realistic timeline to get a unit rented as most tenants start looking around that time frame and then need to give 30 days notice or have time to pack/move. A lease may be signed a lot quicker but possession is usually at that 45 day timeline.
