Allowing tenants or owners to text an individual property manager on their personal number often leaves out critical information needed for future management. That’s why we’ve waited to implement a system that ensures every message is properly recorded and tracked.
Our property management software now enables tenants and owners to text our office line. The system is smart – it assigns messages to the property manager responsible for your property while keeping a detailed history in the tenant or owner’s individual file. This level of transparency and organization ensures seamless communication and better service for everyone.

While text communication is a fantastic new convenience, it’s important to note:
Primary Communication Channels: Texts will not replace emails or calls as our main methods of communication.
Transparency & Accuracy: All text messages are recorded into your tenant history for full transparency.
Emergency Protocols: For emergencies such as fire, flood, or no heat, please call our after-hours emergency line at (587) 997-1257 ext. 1.
Maintenance Requests: Submit maintenance tickets through the Tenant Portal or the rmResident App with photos and detailed descriptions to ensure prompt service.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Closed: Weekends & Holidays
If you ever wish to opt out of receiving text updates, simply reply “STOP” to any text or email your property manager.
