- Please note regular delivery is 7 to 10 Days or the date of possession, which ever is later.
- If ordered after 2:00PM, or on a holiday or weekend, the order will be considered made 9:00 AM the next business day.

If the effective date falls on or after any upcoming condominium contribution due dates (the 1st of the month, or for any scheduled special assessments), the management company may issue an estoppel as follows:

Regular Delivery: Within 10 days after the contribution has been confirmed by the bank.

Rush Delivery: Within 3 business days after the contribution has been confirmed by the bank.

If the estoppel is required sooner, you will need to contact the property manager directly to confirm their requirements. These may include certified funds, money orders or a lawyer's trust cheque.
